‘Into Focus’ Online Program
6 Weeks | $379

  • An Auditioning and Acting online training program where you shoot a new self tape every week for 6 weeks.

    This program is ideal for emerging actors who want to level up through intensive training, as well as seasoned actors who want to strengthen their self-taping stamina.

    ‘Into Focus’ runs a few times a year, with limited slots opened per program to ensure the quality of personalised training and feedback.

  • This program will be entirely online. Weekly filming can be done from home with a smartphone - minimal set up and no traveling required.

    • Script and acting instructions will be sent to you via email on Friday.

    • Self-tape is to be shot and submitted by Monday.

    • Personalised feedback on your performance will be provided on Wednesday.

    • Repeat x6.

    There will be a different creative focus every week (comedy, drama, physical, etc.), and scripts will be sent along with new acting exercises for you to apply.

    You can also view your cohort’s performances (where consented) which is a useful evaluation tool, and a great way to make industry connections!

  • Full 6-week program fee at $379.

    Callback Club: Upon course completion, ‘Into Focus’ alumni are entitled to 20% off an in-person Acting Coaching session, or 30% off an Acting Coaching multipack with Self Centered Studio.

  • BASICS ON SCREEN ACTING - A Practical Guide on Opening Up to the Camera and Using it to Tell your Character’s Story.

    • Key differences between Screen and Stage acting.

    • Different Types of Shots and how to adjust your performance accordingly.

    • Establishing a relationship with the camera.

    • On-screen Subtlety.

    • The Concept of Continuity.

    • Your Mentality towards Being Filmed.

    • Something to write with - a notebook and a pen is ideal, but you can also type your notes.

    • A short piece of text - just 2 to 3 lines are enough. Ideally memorised but not crucial.

    • Something to attend the video call on (laptop or tablet or smart phone) and a trusty internet connection.

    • Your readiness and openness - You will be asked to have your camera turned on and participate in practical exercises with other attendees.

Self Tape Shooting Service
60 min | $119

  • A 60-minute session to workshop and film your self tape, inclusive of:

    • Quality coaching.

    • Professional reader.

    • Industrious filming in 4K.

    • Same-day delivery of your edited tapes as per the brief’s requirements.

    • Professional filming set up.

    • Vanity area for retouches prior to shooting.

    • Up to 2 Audition Tapes per Scene, trimmed and compressed as per brief’s requirements ($15 per any additional tape).

    • Edited Slate and Full Body Shot.

    • Unedited 4K footages transfers available upon request and free of charge (via USB, Airdrop, personal SD card). $30 flat fee if you want all footages unedited and compressed.

  • Standard 60 min session at $119. Inclusive of 2 edited tapes per scene - $15 per additional tape.

    ‘Call & Roll’ 60 min virtual session at $69. Includes professional reader and coaching for your self tape over video call. You will be setting up the shoot and editing the tape yourself.

    ‘Self Centred Suite’ 120 min session at $209. Inclusive of in-depth Coaching and Self Tape Shooting services. Ideal for an important/ challenging audition that you would like to invest extra time and effort in.

    Overtime: $30 per each additional 15-minute block, if available.

Acting Coaching
60 min | $119

  • A 60-minute personalised and practical acting training session catered to your desired areas of focus.

    Examples of how you can use a Coaching session:

    • To train and upskill in acting, which can span across ongoing sessions.

    • To film a practice scene work, which can be used for showreel purposes.

    • To prepare for an important audition.

    • To rehearse and do characterisation work for a role you have booked.

    • A quiet, focused space to work one-on-one with a professional acting coach.

    • A variety of industry script materials available to choose from and work on if required.

    • Professional filming set up available to practise performing in front of camera.

    A FREE phone consultation is available prior to your first ever Acting Coaching session to talk through your goals and expectations.

    Sessions can be done remotely via video call if needed, flexible to your needs.

    Sessions can be done in English and Vietnamese.

  • Standard 60 min coaching session at $119.

    4-Pack Sessions available at $449.

    8-Pack Sessions available at $849.

    All session packs come with a 6-month expiration period (just gently holding you to it bestie!)

    Overtime: $30 per each additional 15-minute block, if available.
